These are the practices carried out to protect the rights of individuals who request medical assistance and apply to a healthcare institution for this purpose, throughout the entire process of services provided to them, as guaranteed by international and national legislation.
RIGHT TO BENEFIT FROM SERVICES
Every individual applying to our institution has the right to benefit from all services without discrimination based on language, religion, race, or sect. They are entitled to access preventive and therapeutic healthcare services necessary to maintain a healthy life in a fair and equitable manner.
RIGHT TO INFORMATION AND REQUESTING INFORMATION
Our patients have the right to be informed about their health status, the available healthcare services, and how to benefit from them, as well as to access and obtain documents related to themselves and their illnesses.
RIGHT TO REFUSE, DISCONTINUE TREATMENT, AND GIVE CONSENT
After being adequately informed, our patients have the right to accept, refuse, or request the discontinuation of any proposed treatment.
RIGHT TO CHOOSE AND CHANGE HEALTHCARE INSTITUTION AND PERSONNEL

Our patients have the right to perform their religious practices within the limits of the facility’s possibilities and as long as it does not interfere with their treatment.

Our patients have the right to receive visitors and have a companion, in accordance with the procedures and principles determined by the institution.
RIGHT TO SAFETY
Our patients have the right to protection of their life and property safety, and to be safeguarded against risks and medical errors during healthcare services.
RIGHT TO CONSULTATION AND SECOND OPINION
Our patients have the right to request information from another physician of the same specialty, or to have a consultation with a specialist from another branch regarding their health condition.
